What we decided

Five more colleagues from sales will try Oudden this week. Start with internal team meetings and project discussions. After each meeting, keep the transcript and a short summary in the project folder.

Capture decisions, tasks and open questions in one note. This gives everyone the context when they return to the discussion a few days later.

Next steps

  • Send the team the Oudden download link.

  • Show meeting recording and folders tomorrow.

  • Prepare a quick guide to recording, folders and search.

  • Collect the team’s questions and meeting examples before Friday.

Check in on Friday

Friday, 3 p.m. Everyone brings one recorded meeting they want to revisit. We’ll try finding a decision and its next steps without reading the entire transcript.

  • What was easy to find, and where did the context need clarifying?

  • Which steps need a clearer explanation in the guide?

We’ll update the shared guide together and leave open questions in this note for the next check-in. Next week, we’ll compare which everyday tasks became easier. We’ll also keep the team’s suggestions here so they don’t get lost between meetings. For each suggestion, we’ll note who will try it and what result we expect, so we can bring concrete examples to the next meeting alongside our first impressions.

Write a short message to the team: what should they prepare for Friday?

Team, let’s meet on Friday at 3 p.m. to discuss our first few days with Oudden. Bring one recorded meeting you’d like to revisit and any questions that came up. If something didn’t work, bring a specific example and we’ll go through it together.

Add to this note’s checklist: send this message to the team on Thursday.
